How we handle information about the people who use this site.

Visitors who are not logged in

On the interactive line pages we ask before we record anything. If you accept, we store a random identifier in a cookie in your browser and record which steps of the line you open and how long you spend on them. The identifier is not linked to your name, your email address, or anything else about you. If you decline, we record none of it — we count page visits only, with no identifier at all. Either way the pages work the same.

Records kept this way are deleted after twelve months.

Your current choice

You can see and change your cookie choice for the line pages at any time, below.

You haven't made a choice yet — the banner will ask next time you visit the line pages.

Visitors who are logged in

When you are logged in, the same records are linked to your account, so that when we talk we already know which parts of the process you were looking at and can answer about the right ones. We use this to prepare for our conversations with you. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone outside our company. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it.
