Hot-Dip Galvanizing in an Existing Kettle with a Single K2 Centrifuge

This setup adds a single K2 centrifuge to an existing hot-dip galvanizing kettle, without redesigning the production line around it. The centrifuge hangs from a monorail (or traverse crane) and travels between three fixed stations: a filling station where the basket is loaded with components, the kettle itself, and an emptying station where the basket is opened from the bottom and the finished parts drop out.

Because the K2 is suspended rather than mounted on a fixed axis, torque reaction forces are self-contained and there is no vibration. Spinning starts immediately after the basket leaves the zinc, with no basket cooling time beforehand — so spinning quality stays excellent even at normal galvanizing temperatures.
